Conditions for Refunds

At Maxedout Compounds, customer satisfaction is a priority. Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • The product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Refund requests are submitted within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

Please note: For safety and compliance reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for opened products.

  2. Our team will review your claim and may request photos of the product or packaging.

  3. Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item (if required).
